In order to pass this standard, products have been tested by an independent laboratory and must prove a bacteria kill rate of 99.999% within 5 minutes.

The sanitisation will take 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the property. It is recommended for the occupants to leave the property for around 2 hours after the procedure. Our treatment is safe and need only some ventilation upon completion.

There is no need of special preparation, however we suggest any small objects or valuable items to be put aside, so the technician will have unobstructed access to all the surfaces.

 Yes, we use certified detergents, which are safe for any surface or material. They sanitise frequently touched items such as door handles, tables, banisters etc. and is suitable for damp mopping floors. Independently proven to kill the HIV, Hepatitis C and H1N1 Influenza viruses.
